  • Why can’t I just book my meeting venues myself?
    An experienced meeting professional knows the ins and outs of the industry. With a multitude of hotel brands emerging and consolidation of major hotel chains, it’s more important than ever to have an expert on your side. We’ll use state of the art technology to research venues and solicit proposals to meet your needs. Then we’ll read the fine print and negotiate a balanced agreement for your event.
  • Does it cost more to work with a meeting planner?
    Your hotel rates will not increase when working with a meeting planner. In fact, most often you will save through a variety of concessions negotiated in your favor.
  • Do you charge a fee for your service?
    Yes. Because no two events are the same, we will customize a proposal for you based upon the services requested. We can support you wherever you need additional bandwidth. With our knowledge and experience, we generally negotiate savings in excess of our fee. Please refer to our services page for detailed information.
  • Are you a party planner?
    No. While we do plan amazing parties within the scope of our meetings and conventions, our main focus is not parties, special events, or weddings.
  • When is the best time of year to meet?
    The best time to meet can be driven by business considerations such as fiscal year beginning or end, holidays, peak business periods and other factors. No matter the constraints, there are always ways to achieve your business meeting goals and objectives.
  • How do I get the best value for my meeting?
    Being flexible with your destination, dates and day of the week pattern can go a long way in securing a great venue within your budget. Having a pro on your side asking the right questions can save you a lot of hidden expenses.
