Site Selection and Contract Negotiation
We’ll work with you to understand your event objectives and venue needs, paying close attention to added value components that can catapult your event to success, like free Wi-Fi or custom food and beverage pricing. Then, using state-of-the-art technology, we’ll prepare and send out RFPs and a standard hotel agreement with terms and conditions that empower your organization. We’ll then negotiate your contract through execution on your behalf, mitigating your risks and costs.
Meeting Planning
When it’s all about the details, our engineering background becomes indispensable. We’ll liaison with venues and vendors, taking the lead on logistics planning and execution while communicating clearly and frequently with you. That includes managing your budget, planning food and beverage menus, coordinating A/V needs, scheduling function space and organizing your room block (plus, finding ways to help you keep costs down).
Registration Management
A smooth registration process, from beginning to end? It’s possible with SPARKS & Company. You’ll get a custom website tailored to your event. Attendees can login to register, select break-out sessions, find the link to reserve their rooms, and more. We can even help you collect a registration fee.
